Noonan Elementary School is one of the largest elementary campuses in the Alice Independent School District.  Principal Evey Guerra has served the district for

more than 30 years. Noonan has received a Recognized accountability rating from

the Texas Education Agency and has also been rated Exemplary‚ since she became principal in 2007.  Noonan has received the Title I, Part A Distinguished Performance Award in recognition of the school consistently demonstrating strong academic performance through a three-year period. The current theme is “Setting

the Stage for Success.”  The mission at Noonan Elementary School is to provide a positive learning environment and quality instruction that will enable students to become productive members of society by involving all students, staff, and the community.  We will maintain a safe and orderly campus where we will ensure the mastery of Texas Essential Knowledge and skills at higher levels of thinking for all students.
