Noonan Elementary Pick up and Drop off Procedures 2025-2026 Parents, Just a friendly reminder we kicked off the new Drop off and Pick up Procedures on September 29, 2025 and remain in place as we start the New Year after the winter break. Reminder!! The front parking IS A NO PARKING AREA FOR PARENTS and is not a designated drop-off and or pick up zone. IT IS CLOSED TO PARENTS. Again FRONT PARKING LOT IS CLOSED TO PARENTS AND IS NOT A DROP OFF AND OR PICK UP ZONE. Building opens at 7:20 am for all students. Safety is most important - please do not leave your child unattended.**Do not drop off your student and leave as there is no stuff member supervision before 7:20 am. Students must remain in vehicles until staff members go out to the front and doors open. Again that time is 7:20 am Enter the car line through the gate on Third Street or Goliad for students in PK - 1st. Remain in the vehicle. The lane closest to the building is the drop off lane. If your student must exit through the left side of your vehicle, for safety reasons, park in a designated area and walk your student to the GYM or the front of the school. The left lane is a passing lane in front of school. For safety reasons, please do not park and cross the lot with your child. If you would like to park, use the Yellow parking lot. **See attachment School ends at 3:40 pm for all students. All students must be picked up by 4:00 pm. If you arrive after 4 pm, it is your responsibility to get off and request your student at the front office.

Ms. Roquet’s 4th grade math class showed amazing learning, teaching each other and discussing how they approach solving two-step problems using equations with an unknown variable to find angles. Kudos to Ms. Roquet and these students for stepping out of their comfort zone to keep growing! If you look closely, you might even spot mistakes…and we LOVE that because that caused conversation among the students and THAT is learning!! We love our Mustangs!

These students deserve recognition for how they accepted leadership roles at our assembly today. They demonstrated our philosophy of everyone helping everyone and taking initiative. Afterwards they debriefed with Ms. Massey to offer their insights and plan for improvements to our processes. Great leadership and problem solving!
